“TEXES EXAM STRATEGY UNFOLDS”

The TEXES is sought after by many prospective educators who really want to pass so that they can get higher salaries. We all know that rank, experience, and education play an important part in how much money you make as a teacher.

This is why the TEXES exam is so vital to those who want to change their pay status and contribute to the school system that needs competent individuals to teach. To pass the TEXES test, you must have a strategy that is proven to work.

This strategy must already have been used by others who have passed the test. So this may require some research on your part or asking someone who has passed.

Judy did the latter. She asked her friend Reba to tell her how she studied for the test and what strategies she used. Reba unfolded the master plan to pass the TEXES exam that she used and it was uphill from that point for July.

TEXES CREATES HIGH QUALIFIED TEACHERS

The TEXES test puts pressure on the state to get highly qualified teachers in order to offer the best education to its students. Once an individual decides to take this exam to become a teacher, he or she has joined in the quest to be the best educator possible.

The TEXES exam administers both multiple choice questions and two essay questions. A prospective or current teacher has the option of taking the TEXES exam in a certain subject area to specialize.

To reach this plateau of becoming not only a highly qualified teacher, but a highly paid one too, you have to get past the day of the TEXES exam. Your strategy should be like Judy and Reba. You need to:

  • Make your study time fun and relaxing
  • Improve your memory skills
  • Don’t procrastinate
  • Improve your attention span
  • Set realistic goals
  • Get the best study guide and material

WHAT YOU SHOULD COVER IN YOUR STRATEGY

Once you have set up your strategy, make sure you include:

  • Going over sentence structures
  • Grammar and spelling
  • When to use capitalization
  • Use practice test
  • Practice Word selections
  • Pay attention to the main idea in each question

If you are taking a subject area in the TEXES exam, make sure you begin with a subject that you are good at.

“CSET QUESTION AND ANSWER INVESTIGATION”

The CSET exam covers a variety of subject topics that you can choose from. You don’t have to spend thousands of dollars on preparing for the test. All you need is a comprehensive study guide that has the exact questions that you will find on the test. You also need a guide to knowing how to understand the multiple choice questions and how to effectively answer them.

You must have a specific strategy or technique for the CSET test to approach the multiple choice questions. What you need to do is to read the questions more than once to understand what is being asked of you. Then you need to dissect the questions into parts by understanding the first part of the question and then putting it all together.

Your next objective is to see which answer better fits the question. There are times when two answers will sound like the same thing. This is where the “rubber meets the road,” and you have to choose a path.

The worst thing you can do is to panic. That is why it is so important to use a practice CSET test resource that will give you more confidence on the exam.

You don’t want to run out of time or get confused over one question or another. When that happens just move on to the next question until you have completed the test and then go back to the question.

DECIPHER CSET TEST QUESTIONS

You need a reliable system that will teach you how to decipher trick multiple choice questions in less time on the CSET test. Before you answer the question, read it thoroughly before you even look at the answers. Use the elimination technique that gets rid of any answer that does not fit until you are left with at least two choices.

A question may look difficult at first glance, but when you read it over, it might not be as hard as you thought. So be patient. Pace yourself and never be intimidated by any question.

WATCH FOR CERTAIN WORDS ON THE CSET TEST

Pay attention and watch for certain words such as “all, always, but, except, every, however, perhaps, only and never.” These words can change how the question should be answered and make it seem more confusing than it is.

In case you are not aware, you can make an educated guess on a question that you are unsure of. You might just get it right. Don’t spend too much time trying to find flaws in the questions. Most exams are just to test your knowledge.

If you really want to learn more about other CSET test strategies and techniques of how to answer multiple choice questions, you can get more information on the CSET test material here.

“PRAXIS II TEST TAKING SHORTCUTS REAPS TEACHER CERTIFICATION SUCCESS”

There are many states that require teacher certification and licensing with the PRAXIS II Test as the criteria. In some cases, teachers take the PRAXIS exam to improve their resumes. The ETS, which is the Educational Testing Service, is the organization that developed the PRAXIS II Test to measure the knowledge of teachers in certain subject areas and expertise.

PRAXIS II TEST REVIEW

Most of the questions on the test are based on case study scenarios in the form of multiple choice or constructed response. The number of questions answered correctly from the multiple choice questions is considered to be the raw score. Every State has its own passing score. The PRAXIS II test is not computerized. It has to be taken in a testing center in paper format. The questions are developed by group of teachers in each subject area and usually go through several review phases before the final output.

Each subject assessment is used to measure the teaching candidate’s knowledge about the particular subject. The principles of learning and teaching as well as the pedagogy assessment are also included. Online registration for the PRAXIS II exam is available. Exams are between 1 to 4 hours long depending on the subject matter.

Under the “No Child Left behind Act,” some schools use the PRAXIS II exam passing score as an indicator to the high quality status of the teaching candidate.

PRAXIS II test dates are administered on a Saturday six times throughout the year. Depending on the subject area, the cost ranges from $60 to $115.

PRACTICE PRAXIS II BEFORE YOU TEACH

Of course, you can find lots of PRAXIS study materials at large bookstores throughout the country and on the Internet. You can even go to the local library and spend tons of hours slaving over big textbooks and take notes. However, nothing beats getting a system that has already worked for others and helped them to pass the exam.

One such person is Robert. He did not want to fail and wanted to land a job opening at his local community college as a Biology Teacher. The pay was good even though it was just part time income. Robert had to take the PRAXIS II exam to put on his resume before he went for the interview.

Another coworker told him about the “7 Day Praxis II Science Comprehensive Success System” that would ensure that he passed on his first try. There were a lot of practice test in the success system that gave Robert the edge. He did not have too much time to pour over textbooks. He wanted a quick start program and he got it.

Robert used the information in the 7 Day PRAXIS II test success system and was able to pass his exam on his first attempt. If you are going to take the PRAXIS II exam and want to pass the test like Robert did, then get “7 Day Praxis II Comprehensive Success System,” in your subject area.
